Bunnyfrens, a take on anti-AI, and a question to think about
Some updates as well on how things have been going since I jumped back into the social media aspect of this weird and whacky endeavor

First day of Winter Break for my family, and it’s already exhausting on several levels.
But then again, what’s new? Hopefully I’ll dodge the usual bugs that get in the last shots for the school system this year. It seems like every extended break, the parents are the ones who take it in the teeth because all the kids seem to have this unspoken pact that they’ll spread the love as quickly as possible. Must be the “Secret Santa” stuff that always happens.
Here’s what I’ve come across this week:
BlueSky Bit - Sunday bunday!
Medium Moment - Some good points if you generate writing
Substack Sampling - The truth about systems and the human condition
Prismatic Progress:
So about that experiment that I started on my birthday…
Post a Note
Capture one topic idea
Write at least 250 words anywhere
Take one action towards building my business
Engage with at least three comments on notes or articles
I haven’t missed a day so far.
Here’s what’s happened to my Substack:

You can see where I started this experiment around Thanksgiving.
Nothing to write home about (haha), but it is rather nice to see a solid grey bar to highlight the consistency. I know I can build this kind of habit, but the hardest thing by far has been to write a 250-word blurb and do something with the business end of this whole endeavor.
I just want to be more intentional about what I’m doing, and after three years of consistently writing, it’s more of moving stuff around and seeing what works for me.
I’ve been holding back from cross-posting all the work I’ve done here, but I’m working on a distribution system that’s more effective. Between the crazy-hard writing course and Skool group that I’ve been involved in for the past year, there’s no excuse for not gaining traction and visibility at this point.
I’ll be relatively quiet as Christmas ramps up, but I’ll be hard at work.
I hope that my writing has helped you (211 articles and 164k words). Here’s to writing a little bit more in the coming year!
Thanks for sticking with me this year!
P.S. Digital Distinction? Digitally Decoupled? Still toying with the new name…
