Mesmerizing short clip, rethinking a traditional internet staple, and an unexpected benefit from writing...
What sacrificing my publishing schedule for health is doing

All the furniture has been pushed to the center of the room.
Feels like how most guys on the beach do (at least the ones who aren’t ready for the summer).
The process of painting the office has taken the better part of this week, and the final coat of the deep blue that we’ve decided upon will be applied by the time you read this issue.
The vibe is definitely different…much more cave-like.
I can see why Batman preferred it.
Here’s what I’ve dug up this week:
BlueSky Bit - I couldn’t stop watching…
Medium Moment - News of its death are greatly exaggerated?
Substack Sampling - Why this craft is worth doing regardless of money
Prismatic Progress:
Sleep is finally returning to me.
This week, I’ve managed to get more than six hours a night as a result of putting in a hard limit of stopping everything at midnight.
Imagine that…all I needed to do was to apply a hard limit.
Yes, my publishing rate has suffered, but the ideas and realizations that I’m having have increased dramatically as a result.
Furthermore, I started actually trying to drink a gallon of water a day.
Now if I could just get the timing down so that it doesn’t interfere so badly with my aspiration to sleep more!
Committing more to my health has yielded one rather surprising revelation about social media:
It’s all the same thing.
All of it.
I’ve been ignoring my lessons from being a YouTuber thinking that making videos and writing articles were separate entities with different approaches.
They’re not.
Let that sink in for a moment.
I’m going to be incorporating more of what I’ve learned from there into my writing moving forward.
Stay tuned.
