The power you always possess, a reminder of what's possible, and the beauty of masterful storytelling

Also my thoughts on what's been happening here

This time, I took both of my kids to the skating rink.

It was exponentially tougher.

My oldest knew what he was doing after having the experience so fresh from last week’s birthday party there, but my youngest completely went nuts. Once he got his skates on, he was just clip-clopping all over the place like a foal taking its first steps.

Then he saw the playground to the side and lost all interest in skating.

The next few hours were a game of “tug of war” between what he wanted to do and what my oldest wanted to do. I completely lost track of the number of times they took their skates on and off between the two areas as I struggled to keep up with them.

Par for the course when you have two little boys.

Here’s what I’ve got for you this week.

Prismatic Progress:

I can feel that my writing pace is about as good as it’s going to be for the moment. Pulling off two articles in one sitting demonstrates beyond a shadow of a doubt that anyone can achieve this ability. It just takes a lot longer when you have more responsibilities.

That being said, I’ve started feeling my responsiveness and wishing to be helpful to others to be more of what I’d like. I’ve completed the 7-day email course for analogies, and I’m putting together what appears to be a similar email course that shares everything that I’ve encountered and used on this journey for writing, video production, and my flow.

I’ll be picking back up where I left off afterwards for this journey. You’ll get to see the eBook versions of all that stuff as I move forward.

I can’t believe it’s already almost the end of Sprint 1 of this year!
