This makes me fearful (and grateful)
How I want to help you in this newsletter

I cut up my journey into four 90-day sprints, three phases at a time.
I started this approach in 2023.
Before that, I chronicled my progress in a monthly thread on the birdy app (which I will share here someday).
I’ve steadily pushed myself to become better, faster, and more effective with my nightly writing sessions.
It’s taken over two years, but I’ve managed to get a handle on short-form content as well as long-form content (kinda).
Phase 1 of this sprint was to see if I could increase the cadence from once a week to once a night.
Turns out I can (miracle).
Phase 2 is to repurpose and distribute it to the other writing platforms (Medium and Substack).
While I’m doing that, I’m going to see if I can keep this up, but with a slight adjustment.
I’m going to be tinkering with my headlines a bit more, and I’ll be revisiting the very roots of this newsletter.
Once upon a time, I tried to put together something every week for you to actually use.
I’ll start doing that again in this phase so I can improve on it in Phase 3.
So I’m a little fearful of falling on my face, but I’m grateful to you for reading and being patient as I’ve figured this whole process out.
So here’s what this newsletter is going to be geared towards:
Every week, I’ll take some aspect of my background (arts, academia, personal life) and show you how you could connect it to a lesson, a memory, or message to someone you love.
Looking back on my multiple 7-day series, I’ve touched on some of these things, but I never packaged them up into things you could keep somewhere handy.
It’s going to take a lot more effort, but there has to be a “what’s in it for you” that crystallizes.
I need a more specific, tangible focus; one that I’m good at and naturally have been building on all my life.
So every week will be a theme that lands in one of these categories.
I’ll share what I decide starting next week.
Let me know if you have a preference!
